Treatment may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, acupuncture/dry needling, and education, tailored to your goals and activity level.
No referral is required (though some insurance plans may request one for reimbursement).

Available as a standalone service or alongside physiotherapy, massage therapy can support injury recovery, chronic pain, sports performance, stress management, and preventative care.
Treatment may include therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, relaxation, myofascial release, cupping, or other techniques based on your needs.
Appointments begin with a brief assessment and are customized to help you move and feel your best.

Kinesiology focuses on improving movement, strength, mobility, and overall physical function through exercise and education. Our kinesiologists provide personalized, evidence-based programs tailored to your goals and abilities.
Services may be part of a physiotherapy plan or offered as one-on-one exercise sessions to support rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance.
Available in-clinic, at home, or in community fitness settings, sessions are designed to fit your environment and needs. Fitness testing and progress monitoring may be included to guide and adjust your program over time.

Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on manual therapy that focuses on restoring balance, mobility, and overall function. Using a whole-body approach, osteopathic practitioners assess and treat the root causes of pain and dysfunction.
Treatment is personalized and may help with joint and muscle pain, headaches, jaw concerns (TMJ/TMD), post-concussion symptoms, and other mobility or functional issues.
Appointments include a brief health history, hands-on assessment, and individualized treatment, with all care provided one-on-one.
No referral is required. Osteopathy is often covered by extended health plans (coverage varies).
