Originally from Nova Scotia, Cheryl spent her university days in St. John’s Newfoundland where she completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology (Co-operative) Honours degree at Memorial University. After graduation, she chose to continue her education and pursue a diploma of Massage Therapy at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy where she also graduated with honours.
Since graduating Cheryl has expanded her training, completing courses in cupping, gua sha, intraoral TMJ treatments & most recently, external approaches to pelvic pain and dysfunction.
Cheryl strongly believes in treating each client as a whole and works to create a safe space for clients to express their needs and goals. Her approach to massage therapy includes a combination of relaxation-based techniques and targeted therapeutic treatments that are personalized to each client. Cheryl is always looking to expand her knowledge so that she can provide clients with the most effective treatment and get them back to doing what they love.
