Robin Harnish-Morrison, RMT – Registered Massage Therapist in Cole Harbour
Robin Harnish-Morrison graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy (CCMH) in Halifax in 2022. Originally from Nova Scotia’s South Shore, she spent 14 years in Alberta working as a chef in the whole foods industry before returning home to pursue her passion for holistic wellness. Her background in the wellness-focused food industry helped shape her belief that self-care is a key foundation for long-term health.
Robin has experience working in a physiotherapy setting, helping clients recover from injuries while also supporting general wellness and preventative care. She offers Swedish massage, abdominal massage, and TMJ treatment, and has expanded her training to include hot stone massage, pelvic floor therapy and myofascial release. Robin works with moderate pressure to create treatments that are both therapeutic and deeply relaxing, tailoring each session to support the individual goals and comfort of her clients.
Robin also spent 10 years studying emotional fitness and personal development. She co-authored Recipes for Inner Peace, a nine-step life coaching program focused on building resilience and well-being. This background influences her holistic approach to treatment, and she often incorporates breathwork during sessions to help clients relax more fully, release tension, and support the body’s natural healing process.
Outside the clinic, Robin enjoys spending time in nature, cooking wholesome meals, and continuing to explore practices that support balanced, healthy living.
